1. Cook lentils and vegetable mixture 2. Layer in a baking dish 3. Top with mashed sweet potatoes and bake

Mushroom Lentil Shepherd's Pie
1. Whip the cream with the vanilla powder until fluffy 2. Carefully mix in the quark and put the cream into a colander covered with a kitchen towel and store it in the fridge over night. 3. Blend the carrot juice, orange juice, agave syrup and cinnamon and put it aside 4. Put the vanilla cream in 6 bowls ( glasses) and pour the carrot soup on the top. 5. Serve immediately

1.Preheat the oven to 175 C dig 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper 3. In a Large Bowl mix oats, protein powder, honey, melted coconut oil, water, vanilla extract and sea salt. 4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake golden for 20-25 minutes stirring every 5-10 minutes for even toasting. 5. Remove from the oven, add coconut flakes, chopped almonds and dried cherries.
